Looking for a spacious and renovated apartment in the heart of Lisbon?

In the Baixa area, between Rossio and Castelo de S. Jorge, in one of Lisbon’s 7 Colinas you will find this spacious 184m² refuge with an outdoor patio, renovated in 2024.

The apartment has 2 floors and capacity up to 4 people.

The upper floor features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, a bright living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to the lower floor is via narrow stairs leading to a private area with a single bed, a single sofa bed, a WC, and even a bathtub in the room for relaxation.

Although there's no air conditioning, the apartment offers a heating system in the walls for winter warmth and portable fans for spring and summer breezes. Ceiling fans are only decorative, so they should not be used.

Other amenities include iron, free wifi, and a hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Plus, you're within walking distance of public transportation options like the metro, bus, taxi, Uber, and Bolt, making it easy to explore Lisbon.

Count on narrow, sloping streets and some with steps. You can also explore the area using the Baixa elevator and the Castelo elevator (near supermarket and paid parking).

Nella descrizione della casa non era specificato che la seconda camera da letto era una cantina ben arredata, ma umida e poco areata. Il terrazzo è un grazioso cortiletto, ma abbandonato. Comunque l'appartamento è ristrutturato con gusto.

The landlord was wonderful and flexible with our arrival being over an hour earlier because we traveled by bus and not train because of a train strike. Easy communication and good response time. We arrived well within the check in time and it was nice to know that someone was there to let us in. The apartment was wonderful and the location was perfect.

Retard à l'entrée des lieux, Ouvrez bien le portail extérieur avant de laisser les clés à l'intérieur lorsque vous rendez le logement, pour éviter d'être enfermé dans la cour !

Property was NOT as described in listing. should be a one bedroom as basement bedroom was HORRIBLE, couldn't sleep on bed (was a poor child daybed) toilet was in unlit closet. Apartment was in general disrepair. Upstairs dog barked 24 hours a day, neighbors made noise until 2am. We spent an additional $2,500 euros in other hotels so we could sleep and enjoy peace and quiet. Cleaning people entered without notice twice (contract said we were to be notified prior) and stole personal articles Will have to think long and hard before using VRBO again.

Der Aufenthalt in Lissabon war sehr schön und beeindruckend. In der Wohnung war leider der Kühlschrank nicht funktionsfähig, die Türe ist defekt. War kein Problem, da ich nicht in der Wohnung gekocht oder gegessen habe.

Loved the property and Maurad was always available to contact. Only recommendation is some maintenance. Some kitchen knobs fell off and Wi-Fi did not reach the bedroom. The courtyard is great but needs dead brush removed. Lots of spiders… overall loved my stay!

Appartement très bien situé, dommage qu il n y est pas de parking privé. Manque de maintenance, ex congélateur ne fonctionne pas nous avons tout perdu, divers bouton d interrupteur manquant ,grille pain hs ... Cours inutilisable car pas entretenue. Cependant cet appartement est très calme et très bien situé Les loueurs aurait tout à y gagner d y faire un peut de maintenance

Wonderful quiet location with plenty of charm, though things need updating and fixing. A nice garden for good weather, but dirty and unkempt. I spent a morning cleaning it. There are constant swarms of bugs there, so you can’t open windows or doors. Our weather was cool but in the heat it would be a real problem, as the ceiling fans are too noisy to use. The odd basement bedroom/bath is musty, but I got used to it. The management was very helpful, getting us a second key within hours of checking in, and arranging tourist tax payment to accommodate us. Location couldn’t be beat, just down the hill from the castle, and a short walk to the main square.

There was many things that were not satsfactory. There was no parking unless you parked in public parking which was about $40 a day. You can only park on the street for 4 hours at a time. There was no coffee pot, freezer did not work. TV did not work for the first two days of our stay. Could not get washer to work. They need instructions on the washer. There was no microwave.

From the moment we landed at the airport till the moment we left, the whole process went smoothly. This place made our visit to Lisbon one to remember. We loved coming back "home" after a full day of exploring and relaxing in the living room with great views, calm neighborhood, and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. My friend and I had our own rooms and bathrooms and a great patio space to enjoy the outdoors. The ladies who helped us with booking were helpful and kind. We did have a problem with a set of keys and wifi not working as planned and they helped fix the wifi. Although the second set of keys never did get fixed. That would have been nice to have in case of an emergency. Pros - Great clean comfortable home with lots of space, wine as a welcome gift, great location, kind employees. Cons - Upstairs shower flooded the bathroom so we had to share the bacement shower, hot water lasts for maybe 5 minutes, fruit tree and standing water in front yard created lots of flies and wifi needed to be reconnected. All this said, I'd 100% still come back for another stay. Thank you!
