This 4-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located in one of the most historical neighborhoods of Lisbon, the Bairro Alto, also known for its nightlife and restaurants. Staying in this apartment is having a complete local and traditional experience. The 100 square meter apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. It features 4 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room, 1 complete bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Note(s): Room #2 and #3 are interior bedrooms without windows facing the outside.
Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and sofa-beds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
Important Rules and Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- The apartment on the 2nd floor is currently undergoing renovations. Please rest assured that no work will take place during the weekend. On weekdays, the work will strictly adhere to the legal hours, commencing at 08:00 and concluding by 20:00.

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.
- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.
- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
