Estoril has a train station, Estoril Station, which is within walking distance from the villa. From there, you can take the train to explore nearby areas such as Cascais, Lisbon, or even travel further along the coast.

- Bus:
Estoril is well-connected by bus routes. There are bus stops located throughout the area, allowing you to easily reach different parts of Estoril, Cascais, and other nearby towns.

- Taxi/Uber:
Taxis and Uber are readily available in Estoril. You can hail a taxi or use the Uber app to request a ride to your desired destination.

- Walking:
Estoril is a relatively small town, and many attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy a leisurely stroll and explore the charming streets and beautiful coastal areas on foot.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Access must always be allowed for maintenance of the gardens and pool, so that you can enjoy these spaces in their best condition!
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
