Vacanza in centro città
Ubicazione fantastica e comoda al centro ed ai locali per cenare. Di contro in serata il frastuono è davvero intenso ma ci sta essendo un hotel centrale.

L'hotel è bellissimo e in pieno centro. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata. Le camere sono molto spaziose e il nostro bagno era davvero enorme. Ringrazio i ragazzi della reception che hanno saputo darci preziosi consigli per visitare Lisbona.

I have mixed reviews of this property because the location was perfect for exploring the strip with all the restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is quaint and rooms are a bit small but what really bothered me was the noise and the bed was not that comfortable. If they would invest in soundproofing the windows it might help because it is on a busy street.

Very satisfied with the service provided by the team and especially the reception was great and very helpful. Anny was very courteous, and offered to keep our luggage until check in. The room was ready few hours before, love the cleanliness and decor! I will definitely come back.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times. It is in the heart of everything and 1/2 block from the central Lisbon promenade. There must be 200 restaurants within 1km. This time we were stuck with the "ha-ha room" (04) but it was still quite adequate. The staff is great and the included breakfast is excellent. Note however, that there is no elevator (and many stairs) to the check-in desk and the buffet. An excellent European style hotel.

Great location in general - a little loud in the evening because of proximity to Santa Justa elevator. Staff was great and I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.

I have to admit that I lucked out picking this property, rather than picking because I knew what was going, and I definitely got lucky! It was wonderfully located to pretty much everything in the Baxia District, was easily found by taxi/rideshare, and public transportation was a breeze! The staff was attentive and all great at the jobs! The breakfast isn’t the best you’ll get in town, but it wasn’t bad at all (especially if you’ve had any experience with US chain hotel breakfasts!) and provided a good start for exploring. Definitely recommended.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I arrived at 5am from an overnight flight and figured I would drop off my bag and then find a place to hang out somewhere for since the check in time is not until 3pm. They were able to prioritize getting me a room and I was able to check in early before 10am. In addition, they set me up with space in the breakfast area with tea, cake and wifi while I waited and then even gave me free breakfast when the breakfast opened. The breakfast was delicious by the way. They also gave me plenty of information on how to get around and where to eat in the neighborhood. In addition, the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops and restaurants and close to many tourist sights as well as public transportation. However, the people working the front desk really made my stay special.

We did a last-minute booking after landing in Lisbon for the night. We were greeted a friendly staff. There was cake, coffee and even wine offered to us when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the room was just as described. The next morning the breakfast amazing. They had an assortment of cheese, eggs made to order, pastries and juices. Would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel in Lisbon city centre
Hotel was amazing! Right in the centre of Lisbon with attactrations so close by. Hotel itself it a lovely boutique type hotel. We were on 1st floor and no noise whatsoever even though the Santa lift was right outside! The breakfast that was included was continental style which was incredible! The little extras such as available coffee/snacks throughout the day was great! Rooms are decorated to a very high standard with an excellent shower! I was skeptical with the price but so glad I booked as I was so pleased with everything! Hotel staff very lovely too!

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Very good communication prior to arrival, and everything the hotel does have a personal touch. Guests are valued and treated very well. EXTREMELY CLEAN and modern comforts. very conveniently located. Staff are very welcoming and willing to assist. Good breakfast, with 24 hour coffee station. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely return. Thank you Tempo for making us feel at home!!

Memorable
They put me at the top floor in a beautiful and cozy room. I love the hardwood floor, the lighting, bed, bath, windows and curtains. Plus it has a great view of the city. Just some noise for a couple of hours at late night but i already knew because it was literally right next to the very popular Santa Justa elevator yet it didn’t bother me much. I will return for sure.

Great location and hotel, good rooms.
Amazing staff and rooms were a good size (had the superior deluxe room) and breakfast was copious and good. I did read reviews about the noise and sadly this is also true. Even though the music continues till 11pm, if you are tired it will be impossible to sleep (even with earplugs) Not the hotel's fault though and they try their best to help you with this. Overall - love the hotel, staff and the location is excellent, but the noise will not make me return

The whole experience was fabulous, Annie was our host and she went above and beyond our expectations. The place is spotless and smells terrific. Free breakfast was excellent and hours were flexible. All kinds of cheeses, hams, pastries, fresh fruits, yogurt and good coffee or a glass of port were always available. We could almost touch the famous elevator from our window and listen to live music playing under it every night, the joy and bustle of people was great to watch, if you closed the thick new windows, you could block all sounds, and sleep like a baby. My sister Olga and l will definitely visit again, for a longer stay. Hope my honest review will help, Norma

We really enjoyed our stay at FLH Lisboa. The security system was excellent. beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Location is excellent . Close to both train stations and shopping. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. However you need to keep your curtains closed as the Santa Justa lift is next door and multiple people are lined up there and could see into the room otherwise

Statt des Deluxzimmers , hatten wir ein enges Mauseloch , der Abstand am Bettende war ca. 25 cm breit , also Probleme um ins Bett zu kommen. Ein Kleiderregal stand paralell zur Fensterfront , Zwischenraum ca.50cm. Auf Nachfrage , hieß es alle Deluxzimmer würden so aus sehen und sie wären ausgebucht. Durch mehrere Emails hatten wir um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten , leider war ein Schlafen ohne Lärmstop unmöglich. Das man nur über eine steile Treppe zur Rezeption und zum Frühstück im 5. Stock kommt , ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen , ist vielleicht etwas für ganz junge Leute. kommt , war gewöhnungsbedürftig. .

Hotel review is overrated. Aircon is noisy and drainage of bath tub is almost blocked which made water drain v slow. There is always a bad smell at the 4th floor common washroom even you are outside. But staff in general are helpful and the pro is breakfast is included and there is also a 24 hrs coffee and tea available at the 5th floor.

This small hotel is next to the Santa Justa Elevador which makes it an excellent location for exploring Lisbon. The room was very small but comfortable, it had a huge window overlooking the street, since this a very busy area in Lisbon there is ALOT of street noise until around 3 am, they provide ear plugs, because of the age of the building, and location the noise should be expected. A simple european breakfast is included with reservation. One draw back would be elevator goes to 4th floor, then you must walk up one flight to check in and to have breakfast.

Superb location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and afternoon coffee. Room is clean. Called taxi for me to go to the cruise terminal that saved me a trouble as I don't know the local language and taxi companies.

Very friendly welcome. Hints on go-to places and no-go areas received. Hotel is located pretty much in the centre which offers lots of restaurants and bars around. Everything listed on the homepage is exactly as described. Full recommendation.
