“The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean.”

We were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation, plus some great recommendations about our travel in the area. It’s obvious that a lot of careful thought has been put into making this B&B a wonderful place. ”

“Our room was spacious and was cleaned thoroughly every day whilst we were there.Staff were all helpful and all appeared to know their job role and responsibilities.Breakfast was initially from a menu but was changed to a buffet on our last two mornings.Both ways were fine and there was a very good choice of hot and cold food. “Piccolo albergo in centro a Oban, recentemente ristrutturato, camere piacevoli, pulite per gli standard inglesi, anche se gli spazi sono ristretti. Silenzioso, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione. Personale efficiente e gentile. Attenzione: non c'è ascensore e le scale sono strette; manca il parcheggio (nelle vicinanze c'è solo a pagamento)”

“The host was very kind. The room was clean but the furniture and bedding was very outdated. The bed had an older mattress and it was squeaky and lumpy. It could be a cute place if it was updated. The furniture was worn and old and not attractive. The room felt very sad to be in. The TV was from the 1980s and super small. ”
