“I reserved a room for this hotel through another traveling app and was supposed to pay upon arrival. Before I could even get there they charged my debit card and messed up my account. I was very unhappy and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The lady at the desk apologized and tried to help but couldn't do anything. No one even tried to contact me to work it out. Very disappointing.”

“the person who checked me in was very rude...and when I departed they resisted giving me a receipt because she said "I already gave you one when you checked in" (which I had misplaced) as if they did not know how to RE-PRINT the receipt, plus isn't check-out is when you are SUPPOSED to get a receipt?....and finally, there were only 2 electric outlets and one of them did not work so I had to unplug stuff just to charge my phone...”

“Our stay was wonderful. The full breakfast had several delicious choices and was presented beautifully with fresh flowers and linens on the table. We stayed in the carriage house and appreciated the large communal sitting room with refrigerator and microwave. My husband swam in the pool and commented how very clean it was. We discovered alot to do in this area and plan to return. Very convenient parking too.”
