“Ultra clean, very cutely decorated, and furnished with waters, clean utensils, wonderful beds, and a comfy living room arrangement. We were in town for Mother's Day and we were the envy of the family in this home! It was a lot of fun, normally a place to stay out of town is kind of a wash, you always compromise on something, but not here! If you're staying in Litchfield for whatever reason, give this house a look! Especially for the Picker's Market, every second Sunday, it's right up the road!...

“The Girard house is a beautiful home decorated with nostalgia from the Route 66 days. Quiet peaceful setting. The home had everything we needed except a washer/dryer. The ice cream shop just a couple blocks away offered 50 amazing flavors of ice cream!! We highly recommend this house for anyone traveling through the area!”

“Our families had so much fun on our stay. Everyone enjoyed the slide and beach. When a brief storm would come through, there was plenty to do inside to keep all entertained! For a house that holds so many, a 2 slice toaster wasn’t the best.(we made BLTs) There is a toaster oven so we figured it out. We did have one issue that arose.
