I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. “Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you...

“Check in was stressful. The code on one of the apartments did not work, in fact the lock looked like it was falling off the door. There was very little toilet paper, no hot water in two of the showers, upstairs bedroom was cold with only a light blanket on bed. The managers were helpful and immediately responsive to fix these issues but it was too bad that the apartment was not ready for us. Excellent location in downtown Newport. ”
