“The room was excellent, the location was great, it was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The host was very nice on the phone and seemed welcoming and enthusiastic! She was helpful when I accidentally booked the room twice on VRBO and helped me get the refund. It would have been nice to have been greeted in person when we arrived.
