“Poor service and waited an hour after standard check in at 4 pm for our room to be ready. After entering the room, which should have been clean, we found something quite disgusting on the bed so if the sheets were changed this item would not have been there. The room was obviously not cleaned. We ended up not staying at the Viking and checked into another hotel and had a great experience.
The Viking was very disappointing after the so called “renovation”. We will not be visiting the Viking...

“Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would...

“Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying.”
