“Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.”

“When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”

“My room card did not work, had to walk back to the front desk to have it re-keyed, no remote or microwave, towel had dirty splattered on it, i was moved to a new room and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and none of the vending machines worked”

We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. “This hotel I would not recommend no one go there because of the condition of it. The bathroom shower head is corroded, floor is missed up and has a hose under the towels and the mattress of the bed is too old and soft like a sponge. The person at the front desk was nice and respected. This hotel need a major upgrade to get customers to come back otherwise if they don’t upgrade or either remodel the place they will lose it. “The room was clean and the staff were polite, but they offered a terrible breakfast. I had to go out and buy food for own food. Only offered make your own waffles, packaged muffins and white bread to toast. No eggs or protein. Poor!”
