Recentemente rinnovato, studio fronte lago. Cucina completamente fornita. Lavatore e asciugatore. Lussuoso bagno con vasca idromassaggio per due persone e doccetta doppia per due persone. Goditi il tramonto Invita amici e parenti per s'mores nella buca per il fuoco. Vieni a fare un mini soggiorno. Prendi i kayak o porta la tua barca. Scappa dal trambusto della città. Guarda il vento soffiare l'acqua. Vai alla deriva con le nuvole. L'ospite dovrebbe sapere che siamo nella contea di Denton non incorporata. Quando giri su Doe Branch Road, attraverserai alcune roulotte e auto spazzatura. Condivido questo con te, quindi potresti non giudicare i miei vicini. È estremamente silenzioso e sicuro qui fuori. Se stai cercando di sfuggire alla giungla di cemento, allora hai trovato qui la tua pace e tranquillità. Situato sul lago Lewisville nella contea di Denton non incorporata. Siamo a 10 minuti da Legacy West a Frisco. 10 min dal centro commerciale di Frisco. 10 minuti dal nuovo stadio dei cowboy. 10 minuti dal centro di Denton. 12 min da Prosper. 5 minuti da Aubrey

Had a very quiet 4 night stay in the Studio. We drove 3 hours after a full workday and walked into a clean and wonderful space. We did a quick unpacking and cooked our preplanned dinner. The weather was a bit cool so we enjoyed the view of the lake from the covered deck. The bed and linens are so comfy and soft. The bathroom is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and other appliances to feel right at home. The Studio is very quiet and very comfortable. The lake shore and yard area are full of seating areas and games. Only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will plan to visit again in warmer weather to enjoy more of the property.

This place was beautiful! My wife and I loved it the moment we arrived. The hosts were so sweet they even got me a birthday cake since I was staying there for my birthday. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our sweet lake front studio. The studio was perfect in every way. There was so much thought and care that went into every detail, from the beautiful lake themed decorations to all the activities provided right outside the door. The patio is a peaceful spot to relax with a cup of coffee and just enjoy looking out. Everything was as described- we were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to participate in any water activities- but plenty are provided. The studio itself was clean, bright, and well stocked- we lacked for nothing. The owners were very friendly and offered quick answers to a couple questions I had before booking. Best of all, they are pet friendly. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family with pets.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, decorated very well, and had so many amenities, including kayaks and canoes. One of our favorite things about the property was the view from the front porch and the super-cute touches of the lighting at night, especially the chandeliers! We got in a little later than we wanted, but was still able to go to dinner very close to the property. Who knew such a bustling city was right down the road from the lake? You certainly couldn’t hear any of it while at the property. We were only able to stay one night, but I could see us staying there for several nights without running out of things to do. We loved it and will definitely be back!

My husband, son (12), and I went to DFW for a fun little get away and staying at this Hidden Gem was absolutely perfect for us! The little extra things they did for our stay did not go unnoticed: cold waters in the frig, make up wipes, kitchen supplies, extra blankets for sitting outside, wood easily available for the fire pit, etc. The lake was also so stinkin’ cute! If we had gone during a warmer month we definitely would’ve taken more advantage of it with the available kayaks. Due to our busy schedule we didn’t get to take full advantage of the amenities, but the propane grill, lawn Jenga, and corn hole were a nice addition. The hosts were also pleasant to deal with and friendly.

The host and hostess very professional and friendly and let us know they were available if we needed anything. . The hot tub worked wonderfully! as did the coffeemaker, stove, heating unit, outdoor grill. The decor was rustic but modern with a designer double bathroom sink that I must now get for my home. THE VIEW was the best! At night, I could leave the curtains open and look at the lake AND Xmas lights on the trees while I relaxed in the big comfy clean bed. The step up kitchen was a dream stocked with spices, coffees, and nice quality dishes. The boats, board games, lifejackets, provided hours of fun! Will be coming back to this idyllic getaway that gave me the relaxation and cozy comfort I needed. A temporary SLICE OF HEAVEN!

OMG- one of the most organized, clean well stocked places (Lake House) we have stayed at Internet could work a bit better- but you are at the Lake to enjoy!!!Have a ton of pictures, but I like this one

Many aspects of this property are lovely. We loved the bed, kitchenette, bathroom. The hideaway couch/sofa bed was unusable. Very torn, very thin mattress, and wires and zip ties holding frame together. The bathroom towels seemed to be damp- but I think it may have been due to no fan in bathroom. The kayaks, which we were excited to use, were full of water in the hulls, and lying in ant mounds, with mud and wet leaves in seats. The patio was lovely but had very dirty cushions and deck, and not sure there was a light to turn on when we returned at night to enter property. We would likely stay again, convenient to our family that lives in the area, but a few items could be improved.

The studio was wonderful! It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay. There were lots of cooking utensils, paper towels, spices, aluminum foil, etc....even assorted coffee pods and creamers. The bathroom was very nice and large and even the bed was super comfortable.The property was quiet, peaceful and in a beautiful location right on the lake. It was quite warm and we were even able to use the kayaks that they had there.The hosts were great and very responsive but didn't bother us. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would definitely come back again if we were ever in the area. There is nothing bad to say. I highly recommend this place!!
