“Legacy Beach Suites is an excellent place to stay. Firstly, the owner Mr. Mckenzie is extremely accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home immediately. The room was very clean, spacious and well designed. All of the necessary amenities for comfort were available. “Soggiornato a Regatta Point da Nency, ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione ottima, casa molto grande e, cosa importante per il luogo, zanzariere ovunque. Casa abbastanza pulita (considerando lo standard del luogo molto pulita), cambio biancheria ogni due giorni, l'unica pecca, al nostro arrivo mi aspettavo più info dell'isola dalla proprietaria con relative cartine. Ha compensato con l'invito a casa sua per la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno, esperienza molto carina. Grazie Nancy!!”

“We had a great time and everything we needed for our stay on the island was met Regatta Point! The people of Exuma are lovely as well as the host Nancy. The property was extremely clean, beds were firm and comfortable for our liking. We would recommend staying here. ”

“The views from the porch were breathtaking. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. The private beach was great and was able to float in the water. We used the kayaks to explore the sandbar. Getting to the house from Queens Hwy was a bit rough but I rented a jeep based on a prior review and had no issues. The house had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.”

House is close to airport, approximately 5 minute drive. It is centrally located, in Moss Town making it easy to go in any direction for exploration. Price was reasonable for all the amenities.”

"Probably the most beautiful Resort on Exuma. Our interior-design Villa was a perfect interpretation of royal/colonial caribbean style. The 23th North Restaurant was very good with a very friendly staff (others staff was not so friendly..). Very good stay with all the comfort. I suggest it."
