“We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. “As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and...

“The room was very clean and the room service was the best I’ve had. They didn’t just change the sheets and towels but cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters as well. They also offer laundry service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well and provided plenty of information about the area.”

“The staff is friendly most of the time. The best person was Daisi, kitchen area and the morning chef, Mr. Ellis and Daisi always had an smile on her face and make me feel at home. The place is beautiful very clean, needs new furniture but everything was very nice, we will go back when we can. David was very nice too.”

“This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!”

“The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach.”

“When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water.”

“I had a very pleasant stay in Ambassador Terrace. I will never forget about it. Deborah, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast upgraded me to a very nice room with magnificent sea view. I was taken care of like part of the family. Deborah is a very warm and nice lady. Also, she took care of my 65 birthday. I strongly encourage people to stay at Ambassador Terrace. Cheers”

“We loved our stay at Harbour View. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We used both pools and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with “hello,” “good afternoon,” “how are you”. I appreciated the easy access to filtered water and having a delicious cafe across the street from our room. The view from the terrace took my breath away. In our room, the AC was strong and kept us comfortable. Very safe area and well-lit street. Would recommend and would stay...

“Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality. Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing. Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.”
