They should have emailed days before to let me know. I was so looking forward to that. The resort felt so empty but I was given a room overlooking their roof. The staff were sweet and nice however. I would have just expected some compensation or a voucher (customer service).”

“The hotel is very large with a nice open area pool area. It is a basic hotel but very clean with exceptionally kind and incredible staff. You feel very welcome when you come. there is also a nice breakfast in the morning included in your stay. I would highly recommend. Would be a great place with kids - the pool looked great”
