“I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

“The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

“Roost is a great value very large apartment style living in downtown. Couple small downsides, the bed is very low to the floor (but comfortable), HVAC is loud could be a problem for a light sleeper but I like background noise. Also because it is not a traditional hotel there is no restaurant or freshly made coffee in the morning so prepare for that accordingly.”

“I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again.”

“We loved the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field as well as the proximity to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at getting complimentary breakfast (which was very good) and complimentary snack like dinners and drinks (max. of 3 each person/night stay, beer and wine only). Water & coffee were available all day and popcorn at late afternoon into early evening. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to catch a Patriots/Browns game.”

“We stayed one night at the Westin Cleveland Downtown. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (ages 9 and 7). Overall, the room was very nice. The bathroom was small, but beautiful. The shower was tiled and absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it was very slow to drain, I’m not sure if it was clogged, but with 4 people to shower, we had to take long breaks between showers so that the water could drain out.
