“The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment ”
“I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! ”
“With all of the amenities provided, it was almost as convenient as being at home. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be no problem at all. If anything, it was great that we could walk to so many restaurants nearby. We have another Cleveland trip in a couple of months, and we plan to stay here again. ”

“Easy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotel”
