“Came up for a few days for some recreational activities at Lake Moomaw. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It felt like home with all the amenities. The nearby creek and the fenced in back yard was a plus. The king size bed was absolutely WONDERFUL. The best nights of sleep I've had in years lol. The host was amazing! “Stayed with husband and dog. We were very comfortable, nice kitchen and owner was very cooperative when I needed to adjust dates. I have family in the area. Seating was a little tight for four people eating inside but will recommend to others. Quiet, no view but easy access to Greenbrier River Trail. ”

“We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay.
