“When we checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed indifferent. She checked us in and handed me the keys, but didn’t provide any information about the hotel, such as where the pool or hot tub was located, what time checkout was, or any breakfast suggestions. Nothing at all. We booked the Premium room for that hotel and found we were facing a wall, no view even though the hotel is by the water. “We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....
