“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

“The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it.”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“I would have rated it better, but for a hotel within 15 minutes of the largest privately owned offroad park, they don't offer trailer parking. When asked where to park a trailer they said next door at the Days Inn and make sure you take all valuables out of the vehicles. That wasn't very reassuring of a safe stay. Other than the parking issue and the strong odor of air fresheners it was a good place to stay. They also offer pet friendly rooms which may have had something to do with the strong...

“The elevator was not working, we had to stay in a handicapped room, ask for a blanket none was available. The desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. My aunt wanted to move to cost of her room to our stay because she would have to walk stairs up 4 flight of stairs but the clerk didn't know how how to process that exchange. Breakfast was very good.”

“Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change is we wish the pool was a little warmer. They had the heat turned down, but overall it was great.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. What was concerning was our room door was propped open when we arrived and AC unit was messed up in our room. Thankfully the front desk lady was very nice and helped get us settled into a new room.”
