Remodeled 3BR / 2BA Condo - 10 min from North Myrtle Beach!

Recently renovated TOP floor 3BR/2BA condo in the sought-after community of Carolina Yacht Landing.
Elevator in the building so no stairs to worry about and no noise to worry about coming from people above you.
This unit was almost completely renovated in the last year with new LVP wide plank flooring, a gorgeous quartz peninsula counter, stainless steel appliances, a new kitchen sink, updated bathrooms, and a top-of-the-line HVAC unit installed in 2020.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable and luxurious king size bed with remote adjustable bed frame Brentwood Cypress 11”mattress and Sony tv along with Haiku bamboo blade fan by BigAssFans for air circulation, additional bedrooms have Samsung tv’s as well as Haiku L fans.

Living room has a large remote operated roller shade large 55” Sony television and very comfortable Luonto brand king size memory foam sofa bed.

Kitchen has a huge 6 person seat configuration island and is equipped with new Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Stove, and Dishwasher also supplied is a Nespresso coffee machine along with selection of nespresso coffe pods, toaster oven, water boiling kettle, dishes and cups for 8 people and utensils. Also included are 4 “Tommy Bahama” foldable beach chairs so no need to bring your own.
All the comforts of home including washer/dryer.

Building P overlooks a scenic pond with a fountain for that calming touch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice from the screened-in porch. Carolina Yacht Landing is a gated community with 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and community day docks and docks available. Also has boat storage for those that want to dry store their boats here. The location is incredible as you're only a few minutes to the sand on Cherry Grove Beach, shopping, restaurants, and great golf courses.
There is a Eufy brand wi-fi doorbell/camera outside as well as wi-fi door keypad on the entry door for secure access/communication to open door to condo.

He was next level! accommodating,communicative, and suggested various options for our specific need's complete with Google map directions.In addition, knowing that I was a caretaker of my 86-year-old husband with mid dementia, he showed extreme kindness in all responses and checked in to make sure that everything was being met for us to enjoy a relaxing stay.I think what most stands out is that the fact that I felt really heard as far as my concerns were because my husband at that time was a 14 month post cardiac open heart patient as well.Coming to South Carolina from South Florida presented its own unique problems that resulted in two ER visits.I had no idea where to go, and Kenneth was extremely helpful with guiding me to the closest ER.I am grossly late in responding with my review due to the subsequent double pneumonia that has been discovered with my husband.Thank God I received this prompt that time was running out so as I sit here in the ER knowing that he will in fact be admitted this time, I am glad I got a moment to send this review.If you ever want the best stay offering that comes with so much more, I cannot give more accolades than the above to the “extra,”that Kenneth went.
Sitting on the couch in the early morning watching the sunrise with a few of my Christmas items that have been unable to be put out meant everything to me..

The laundry room setup was excellent. You had everything you needed to wash and dry clothes. The balcony view overlooked a man made pond. It also had a screened in porch to protect you from insects. This condo had everything that you needed. It was excellent!

Absolutely beautiful place. Very clean. Had everything you needed. It only needed a cart to load luggage as i had my 80 year old friend with me. We had the best, well needed vacation. Will recommend this to family and friends. Will stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. Having all the little extras....hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs, spices, etc really made it fantastic. Our family really enjoyed our stay. It's just a short drive to the beach too, which we did a couple times daily. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Condo

This condo met our exact needs. We each had our own room and shared two bathrooms. The check in was easy, communication with the renter was wonderful! We would stay here again for sure. I loved that it was in a more quiet area.

Our family stayed here for the week and it was perfect! I spent a lot of time looking for a place/going through reviews. This one looked beautiful in pictures and it was even better than expected! Great size for our family of 5, very clean, updated, great location, and great communication with owner. Highly recommended!
