Thank you for your review. We are currently renovating the fireplace and can assure you it is blocked off to ensure the safety of our guests. We do have two elevators one located in the back of the building and apologize if you were unaware of this. We have reviewed the concern of the hard-boiled eggs and can confirm they are to be served cold. We hope you have a wonderful day and safe travels.
