“Staff helpful, friendly”

“My stay was good. I was in the area for a celebration of life for a close friend. The only complaint I have is they have Roku TV and the TV would not work. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.”

“Had a brief one night stay. Hotel was only 5 minutes away from the airport without going on the freeway, so that was a bonus. Also has 2 shuttles per hour. If you stay on the freeway side, you definitely can hear traffic noise. Breakfast was great and stocked constantly…all in all a good one night stay.”

“When we first arrived (one hour before check-in at 4:00), the staff were unorganized, unhelpful and did not appear at all concerned about the guests. The staff consisted of students with very poor customer service skills. At 4:00, a more welcoming student arrived and got us checked in. Excellent apartment with four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with kitchenette. No AC, but fans were provided. Very clean and comfortable, quiet in the evening. “Liked everything except I thought the hotel layout was inconvenient. You enter a huge lobby but the reception for checking in is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is advertised as Halifax but it is well outside of the downtown area.”

“It was beautiful and clean and spacious. Only downer was that there weren’t any dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette. Location is a real bonus too.”

“This was an amazing property had everything we needed. Loved the adult swim from 10-11pm and a full kitchen. The only thing is to see most attractions around the Halifax area you need to rent a car.”
