“Great little cabin! We went for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games in which we have attended for years now. Cabin in a great area secluded. This was our second time renting this cabin. Clean and all in order. ”

“It as peaceful as can be. Even my dog who is very anxious at home, is completely relaxed there. Has everything you need. Additional amenities such as hot tub, fire pit, and indoor and outdoor games although we just go for the solitude. Fonta Flora trail is a short ride at one end of the road. Many other trails to visit and Brown Mountain overlook within half hr to hr scenic drive from cabin. We just love it and will keep going back when we are able. ”

Between the rain and the creek babbling away in the background, that induced more naps than necessary, it might have been the best sleep in our 70 plus years on earth! The cabin was well appointed, everything and more we needed to cook all our meals. The linens and towels were high quality. The trails on the property were just right for us, as I have limited mobility. The scenery and the wildlife made it all the more enjoyable. Thank you...

“Great little hideaway well situated between Little Switzerland and Spruce Pine, about an hour from Boone and Blowing Rock! Can walk right out to some wonderful hiking! Neat little cabin!”

“Cabin was clean, well stocked with what we needed for a 5 day stay and views of the mountains were perfect. The first time we drove up the driveway was a bit scary as some areas had washout on the sides but we got used to navigating past these areas. ”
