“Poolside room with pretty terrace. Lovely outlook. Heated pool with nice warm spa. Great room and pool side service. Loud music from bar next door a little annoying first thing in the morning but wouldn’t stop us coming again. Loved it here.”

“The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response.”

“Room was great/spacious/clean - location is very easy to get around Byron. Staff were amazing - I misplaced some jewellery during stay and the staff went out of their way to help me successfully find it - thank you so much ☺️ Highly recommend Bay Haven ”
