“We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.

Anche Cardiff si raggiunge in meno di un'ora. Davvero un posto ideale per rilassarsi, fare sport e visite a luoghi della tradizione gallese”
“Lovely property with plenty on site parking. Great location in town. Customer service systems for pre-check in and check in are great, but the little bits of human interaction especially at check out felt impersonal (at best), incongruent with the rest of the experience.

The welcome was perfect.
The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets.

"Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
