“Only stayed 2 nights for the air show so the location was the key factor as majority of other hotels nearer to the event were fully booked. We have stayed in this hotel for the air show on numerous occasions, but unfortunately on this occasion we found the hotel to be a little bit tired in its décor and overall appearance. we can't comment on anything else as we didn't have anything else other than a good couple of nights sleep.”

“This accommodation was perfect under every aspect. Spacious and comfortable room, big and clean bathroom, very nice staff and lovely breakfast. The deal quality/price has been very high.
Our room was close to a road and we could hear some car passing in the morning, but nothing that ruined our sleep”

“Great place to stay for a getaway to the cotswold with a glimpse of relax as well. The staff is very helpful, the dining options great and also the spa is really good! Definitely worth a stay!”

“La città è molto carina e l’hotel è in periferia, ma in auto si arriva in centro in 5 minuti e ha la comodità del parcheggio interno. Buona la colazione, bella la camera (la nostra standard era spaziosa!) e anche il bagno. Pulizia nella media inglese.. personale gentile. Lo consiglio!”

“We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.
Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay ”

“We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start.
The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful.
We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service.
The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There...

“The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening.
The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue.
Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol. ”

“Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over ”

They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
