Even made me smile when id broken the key off in the lock to round of a perfect day, new key no quibble supported with a laugh and an offer to get the fire brigade around to get me out. Would definitely stay here again. Dines in restaurant food good and good service.”

“First time, but was immediately impressed by the friendly staff who were very accommodating. Appeared to be a young team who worked well together. Food was fabulous, we enjoyed the fresh fishcakes and amazing burger. Breakfast was equally excellent, good traditional fayre. Pub side was more traditional, well enjoyed by locals and those from further afield. Room was lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. An amazing value for money package, would definitely stay here again.

“We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty. ”

Parking can be interesting, if the three spots directly outside are occupied there are other car parks within a short distance 25 - 50 meters but the area is quiet so we could pull up outside the garlic rooms and drop our bags in and then park up. We had a little difficulty setting up the sofa bed but putting the mattress on the floor gave us a third bed. We would happily stay again. Thank you Garlic rooms.”

"The location of the hotel in the village of Crudwell is very beautiful and charming, and overall our stay went well. The room was fairly spacious, although there are several aspects that could be improved. The hotel in general feels a bit dated and not particularly clean. Breakfast was not very satisfying and lacked attention to detail. The owners, however, are kind and welcoming."
