Hotel vicino a Highgrove House - Tetbury

“Room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we felt the quality of the food didn’t reflect the price. We paid around £100 for an evening meal which included two mains, a shared Camembert to start, and two drinks, but we didn’t feel the quality of the food justified the price tag. The meal itself was quite bland and lacked imagination. The sauce with the main was overly salty, and the bread was extremely dry, as though it had been left...

“The building itself is lovely the location is nice, the bar was nice good selection of drinks and food in the evening was good.staff were lovely we stayed for one night just as a treat for my partners birthday however for what i actually paid for the room it was a slight disappointment the bathroom looked very dated there was a rubber bath matt on the shower floor wrapped in a ribbon that when unrolled had black mold spots all over it fair to say we did not use it we were in a small low ground...

“We had such a lovely weekend at the Old Bell Hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly which definitely made our stay. The property itself is very uniquely decorated and had so much character and charm. The staff accommodated our every need and our room (we booked a junior master) was spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was also delicious! ”

“La pulizia è nella media di posti dello stesso genere: da migliorare. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene con la stanza e con il cibo. Colazione continentale buona con cornetti assortiti, bevande calde e fredde, varia scelta di marmellate e cereali e yogurt. Non abbiamo fatto la classica colazione inglese quindi non saprei in merito, però la cucina del pub la sera era buona. Spazio esterno per i bimbi con giochi e verde, recintato. Comodo parcheggio.”

The room was fairly spacious, although there are several aspects that could be improved. The hotel in general feels a bit dated and not particularly clean. Breakfast was not very satisfying and lacked attention to detail. The owners, however, are kind and welcoming.”
