“The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. “This property is a jewel. This is where they should have filmed "On Golden Pond." It is very private, yet only 20 minutes from I-95 and major supermarkets, etc. If you are looking for piece and quiet, security, a delightfully private pond and a stunning view of the opposite, natural, shoreline with no other cottages, this is your place! Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are of very good quality. Plenty of wood is supplied...

“This property was so peaceful and quiet. It sits on a large lot with lots of privacy. The walk down to the dock is fun for kids, lots of rocks and it’s a little trail. We spent most of our time down at the dock. The views were spectacular, beautiful reflections in the water each morning, calm quiet lake and the sunset right in front of us each night. “Great location, easy to walk to the General Store, Tubby’s and Farmer’s Market. From Wayne, it’s an easy drive to the coast or to the mountains for a hike. The house is clean and lots of room, as well as a spacious front deck looking out over Androscoggin Lake.”

Good location to a number of golf courses. Route 197 diner and Dubois cafe short drive for group breakfast before tee time. Kitchen has everything to make a meal. “This house was just what we needed to cap our summer. All 5 of us gasped when we pulled in and saw the view! Kayaking and smores...rinse, repeat. Only tiny downside was the busy street which cut down on taking walks, but left more lake time! The photos don't do justice to the cleanliness and spaciousness. “Property was very charming, very clean and very quiet at night. As a senior citizen, the slope of the drive and walking up the steps was challenging at times. There was no lock on the door when we arrived. We walked right in. That was a little unnerving. The TV in the bedroom did not work that is it was not connected to the service and the bed in the front bedroom would move and whatever it is it’s underneath it would move and eventually the bed would feel like you’re at an angle. The rain held off for us to do our ceremony out on the lawn, and then we went inside for dinner and dancing in the big room. It was perfect. "Bella struttura, grande, con diversi servizi accessori (per esempio la piscina coperta, la lavanderia, le colonnine per ricaricare la batteria delle automobili elettriche , ecc.). Ottima accoglienza al check-in. Camera ampia. Letto grande e comodo. Bagno spazioso. Doccia ok. Discreta la colazione, a buffet. Ampio parcheggio per l'auto dietro la struttura. Unico appunto, aver trovato la camera senza l'aria condizionata già accesa; pertanto la camera era calda, con odore di chiuso. Di positivo, l'aria condizionata funziona bene ed è silenziosa."
