“Très bel endroit. La chambre ainsi que l’établissement dans son ensemble, est très propre. Rien à dire. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à vous aider. Les chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires et même de produits pour les moustiques (pour le corps et la chambre) ”

“L'hotel ha un target di turismo locale, decisamente non al livello di strutture medie internazionali. Ci sono diversi aspetti che lasciano molto a desiderare. Il personale comunque è estremamente gentile e il direttore Allan dotato di una grande professionalità e disponibilità. La connessione ad Internet è buona, il problema è che a Livingstone spesso salta l'erogazione di energia elettrica e quindi di conseguenza tutti i routers. Il servizio al ristorante è un po' lento, ma questo è un aspetto...

“Struttura un po' fuori dal centro di Livingstone. L'entrata è molto carina, le stanze sono piacevoli ma molto buie. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo cambiare stanza, pagando qualcosa in più, ma per quella che ci piaceva volevano 90 dollari in più. Avendo noi già pagato circa 140 dollari ci sembrava eccessivo. Abbiamo verificato su internet e Agoda vendeva per quella sera proprio quella stanza a solo120 dollari... Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception non hanno voluto rispondere. Morale:...

“First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia.
