“Rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff very good and breakfast freshly cooked and not from a hot plate. Plenty of takeaways nearby but we are in and it was excellent. Only thing I could say against the Valley was nobody on reception. Road noise was also loud but didn’t really bother us too much. All in all an excellent stay and will be using again as a stop over before catching the ferry to Dublin. Well done The Valley and staff.”

“After having a great stay here in 2019, we thought that we would visit again. The Dinorben is run by excellent hosts Veronica and Gary, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday carvery were all excellent. The hotel has clean comfortable rooms, and is a great base for exploring the area, with some lovely walks and places of historical interest. We will definitely visit again.”

“All very good indeed. Comfortable and clean room, with good upkeep throughout my stay. A perfect location overlooking the town, beautiful Edwardian buildings in the Arts and Crafts style, fine views from my windows. Excellent breakfasts, served from 7.30 onwards for those wanting an early start. Staff friendly and helpful. And amazing value for money all round. ”

“It was a reasonably late decision to book our stay but we’re so glad we did! We were doing a night climb of Snowdon and Ty’n Rhos was the perfect evening before getting up at 3am! The owner, staff were all great and the rooms were very warm and comfortable. ”
