“Check in was a breeze. Staff (owners) were very helpful......and lots of fun. We had a large room with a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. GREAT views!! Breakfast was made to order and had lots of choices. As to Llandudno........what a beautiful Victoria resort town!! MANY things to do and great areas to visit.”

“Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. “Great hotel, excellent location on sea front and a walk from everything. The real shine on this is the private car park for guests! The room was huge, well equipped and we were wowed on how big and luxurious it was. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Room 102 may need an aircon check as we could only get the temperature down to 19! Thanks so much 👌”

“Location wise excellent as it is quite close to the pier. Although the rooms were good, the hotel needs maintenance (probably like most other hotels in that area). Breakfast was nice and good variety.”

“Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”
