“The B&B was located in a lovely and unusual setting at the end of a cul de sac. The views were great. Our hosts were very welcoming and informal. Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. Our visit coincided with a 30C heatwave but our room on the first floor, although without air conditioning, remained at a pleasant...

“This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). “Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lots of attention to detail. Gluten free diet catered for really well, gluten free biscuits in the room and gluten free cake to have with a cup tea/coffee on arrival. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely go there again”
