“Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. “Yes the hotel is a little dated in parts but theres a real friendly atmosphere that you cant help like Only stayed for 2 nights but it was central to everything in the town”

The room had a lovely sea view from one side and on the other side we could see the mountain goats on the Orme. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean although we could clearly see quite a few long hairs on the carpet. The bathroom was quite chilly but we were there in cold and stormy weather. “A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath.
