Groeslon is a dream getaway if you're looking for a relaxing stay with your nearest and dearest. Along with six comfortable bedrooms, there's a luxurious hot tub, a games room and a lounge on the balcony which is a great spot for admiring the sunsets and the peaks of Snowdonia National Park. Should you wish to explore the area, country walks begin from the doorstep, while the nearby towns of Menai Bridge and Beaumaris are perfect for shopping, beach days and fine dining.
The space
The property begins with a spacious porch, complete with storage for your shoes and coats, along with a small WC.

Venture further into the impressive, open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with high-tech appliances, including a large range master cooker, a coffee machine, and a four-seater island. Meanwhile, the large dining area features a 12-seater dining table, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a sumptuous seating area so you can admire the views of Snowdonia in comfort.

Bi-fold doors lead out to the balcony which is equipped with an L-shaped sofa, a bubbling hot tub and an outdoor dining area, while a small set of steps leads to the side garden with a lawn and a sizable football area.

Another set of patio doors leads back inside the house to the evening lounge, which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The room is complete with a smart TV, ample seating and a fireplace for that extra cosy touch.

For ultimate entertainment, head to the games room which offers a pool table, a cosy snug and a selection of games that the whole family can enjoy together. Off the games room is a handy utility room with washing, machine, storage and a further WC.

There are six beautifully designed bedrooms with luxurious soft furnishings and calming colour schemes. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the five remaining bedrooms are on the first floor.

Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with ample storage, stunning countryside views, a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Along with this, there is a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom with a shared shower room. Across the landing, there is a further king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared shower room.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
