“The premises itself is okay. The pool is very nice. Hotel is terribly let down by the quality of the staff. They need to be sent on a 6 month customer service training course. The only decent staff member was the chap at the swimming pool.”

“The apartment was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark. Whilst it had everything we needed it was dated and could have benefitted from a deep clean, cobwebs & mould around the windows. The windows also condensed a lot in the morning. None of the heaters worked and only two of the electric storage heaters worked.
