“Room was very nice , but the bed was very soft so unfortunately didnt sleep well”

“Beautiful room. wxceptional standard and cleanliness. Great amenities in the guest lounge area. A bit noisy at night due to city location. Breakfast food fresh and high standard ingredients aligned to the hotel brand. Given the price point a cooked breakfast option should be included not additional. I would recommend and stay again in a back located room if possibke.”

“The room was clean, but not what we expected. We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. “Our stay was okay overall and suited our purpose, especially as it was not expensive. The room was very basic, but it had clean towels, a clean bathroom, and the bed was clean when we arrived. However, there were some hairs left in the bathtub, which was not very pleasant to see and could have been cleaned more carefully. “Mi hanno svegliato alle 7 di mattina per spostare la macchina nel parcheggio. Con maggiore organizzazione potrebbero sistemare diversamente le auto. Il bagno era in comune anche se avevo chiesto ina camera con bagno in camera”

“La stanza è davvero molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli! Nonostante sotto ci sia un pub (e anche molto frequentato), si dorme più che bene. Anche la posizione è ideale, poiché con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili ed in particolare Michael si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica si sia presentata!! Pecca solo la pulizia della stanza, un po' troppo impolverata..”
