“Clean room, very helpful attentive staff. The amenities were those expected of a b&b. Our only qualms about our stay was there was no offer of remuneration re: the boiler having broken down.”

“Newly renovated very nice room in the coach house. Staff were outstanding throughout, very helpful friendly and polite. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, again with great staff members. Only reason it doesn't get 5* is the sauna was out of action in the spa and the pool is quite small”

“Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings. Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...
