The Space:
Living Room - Open plan spacious living space with beautiful wooden beams and wood burning stove.

Dining Area - Dining table with 4 spaces.

Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine.

Laundry - Washer/Dryer, Drying Rack, Iron & Ironing Board.

Bathroom - Bath & separate shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail with quality towels and essential amenities provided. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Bedroom One - Super kingsize zip link bed. This can also be twin beds upon request with enough notice. Quality linen, ample hanging space within the wardrobe and Freeview TV in the room.

Bedroom Two - Kingsize Bed with Freeview TV.

Conservatory - Comfortable seating with incredible views of the surrounding hills and the nearby pond.

Internet - Wifi available.

Entertainment - 42’’ Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock and CD player. - Netflix & Amazon Prime are available on the TV.

Initial fuel for wood burner included. Further logs are available for a cost of £5.

Travel cot and highchair available on request.

22-acre natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

*Please note: There is a large unfenced pond in the grounds, 100 yards away.*

This property can comfortably fit up to 4 people.

Plas Iwrwg Granary can be booked together with Cruck Barn and Gorse Barn to accommodate up to 10 guests. - Please contact us for further information on this.

Guest Access:
There is free parking in the car park for 2 spaces.

We will send the check in information via Airbnb 48hrs with information on how to access the property.

- Please do not leave dogs alone barking.
