“I booked the hotel as a treat for my partners birthday. I felt the food was a little pricey for the choices available. Also we were quite a bit away from anything so if we wanted to have a drink together we wwre a bit stuck on places to go. However the room and amenities were great adn staff helpful. ”

“We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again”

“The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area. It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect hosts in an amazing building! You would struggle to find more genuine, hospitable and friendly people than Carrie and Mike. Outside there is plenty of parking and beautiful grounds. Step inside, the rooms are generous, clean and with everything you could need. The breakfasts are lovely and nothing is too much. We will definitely be back, thank you! ”

“A parte le colazioni calde che erano ottime, le camere sono decisamente sporche, sembrava che le cameriere sistemassero solo il letto (bottiglie vuote non tolte, una farfalla é rimasta a terra morta per 3 notti, capelli non nostri in bagno….). Positivo, le colazioni calde davvero buone. Non ci tornerei più e non lo consiglio!!!!”

“Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”
