Casa di campagna di recente costruzione immersa nella natura. La casa combina uno stile tradizionale con elementi moderni. La struttura si trova nel centro dell'isola di Maiorca, il che significa che tutti i diversi angoli dell'isola (montagna, mare e città) sono facilmente raggiungibili. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla con la famiglia o gli amici.

La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto; 1 camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, 1 camera con due letti singoli e 1 camera con letto matrimoniale e servizi igienici e doccia che si trovano vicino alla piscina a 3 metri dalla casa. C'è 1 bagno con doccia a pioggia, 1 soggiorno-sala da pranzo-cucina di 50 m² con un grande divano, chaise longue e un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. La terrazza coperta di 35 m² è il luogo ideale per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Inoltre c'è una terrazza con piscina di acqua salata di 9 m per 3,50 m con una profondità tra 1 e 1,50 m, nonché un barbecue e forno a legna. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, microonde, frigorifero, piano cottura in vetroceramica, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie e stoviglie, bicchieri, utensili da cucina, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro.

La casa è completamente circondata dalla vegetazione e il rischio di incendi boschivi è reale. Pertanto è assolutamente VIETATO lanciare mozziconi di sigaretta per terra all'esterno.

Diese Finca è un ristorante restaurato e una bella signora, una vera e propria Kombination in rustikaler Natürlichkeit und modernem Komfort. Das Anwesen è Mitten im Zentrum der Insel, e un uomo simile a Ferien ganz bunt gestalten (Die Berge, das Meer oder die Innlandstädte). Un idealista Ort um ruhige e entspannte Ferien mit der Familie oder with Freunden zu verbringen.

Das Haus Bietet 3 Schlafzimmer (eins davon mit großem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und eines mit einem normalen Doppelbett und Bad mit Dusche). Die Wohnküche umfasst 50 m2 with ainem großen Sofa und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Questa è una terrazza di 35 m2, situata a Essen in Freien, in Germania e in Germania. Direkt in die Terrasse integriert ist das Schwimmbad (9x3.50 m, 1.5 m tief - gereinigtes Salzwasser), eine Grillstation und ein Holzofen. Die Küche is komplett ausgestattet mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen.

Es war einfach nur schön...ruhig gelegen und einsehr schönes Landhaus...es wurde an alles gedacht und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich ..Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit..

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit, angefangen mit der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Antonia und Apolonia. Uns wurden auch zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Rotwein sowie Gebäck für die erste Stärkung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben; auch die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage ist einmalig; direkt in der Natur und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ohne lange Anfahrten. Unser Highlight waren die zwei lieben Esel sowie die zwei süßen und zutraulichen Katzen, die wir als Katzenliebhaber natürlich sehr gerne versorgt und betreut haben. Die Esel haben sich auch über tägliche Streicheleinheiten und Karotten gefreut. Auch ein Pfau hat täglich vorbeigeschaut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank Antonia und Apolonia.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Apolonia spricht gut Englisch, bei Antonia sind ein paar Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Bei der Begrüßung waren 2 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank und ein Teller mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten für den ersten Hunger bereitgestellt. Eine sehr schöne Finca. Sehr sauber. Auf den Bildern der Vermieter ist alles ersichtlich. Etwas Fluglärm da Abflugschneise - geht aber noch. Nä Ort ist nur 2km entfernt und hat auch einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man einiges erwerben kann. Die größeren Supermärkte sind 15-20 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt auch 2 Bars im Ort, allerdings wurden wir in einem der Bars ignoriert bzw nicht bedient. Auf dem Grundstück sind 2 Esel die sich über ein paar Karotten oder Äpfel freuen, sie danken es einem mit einem "IA" zur Begrüßung. Die zwei Katzen (sie sollten 2x täglich gefüttert werden) sind anhänglich und freuen sich auch, wenn man sich mit ihnen beschäftigt oder man ihnen abends den Eingang ins Haus nicht verwehrt. Wir haben es geliebt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Allerdings aufgrund des nicht so besonderen Wetters während unseren Aufenthaltes, schon ziemlich abgekühlt. Die Übergabe des Hauses bei unserer Abreise war total unkompliziert. Wir konnten noch bis Mittag in der Finca bleiben und die Schlüssel wurden in der Schlüsselbox abgelegt. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein zweiter oder größerer Sonnenschutz am Pool. Ersatzmüllbeutel und vielleicht Salz und Pfeffer wären super.

Wir haben die Finca anlässlich unseres dreiwöchigen Sommerurlaubs gemietet und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Unsere drei Kinder hatten wahnsinnig viel Freude an den Katzen, den Eseln und dem großen Pool. Obwohl es im August sehr heiß (fast durchgängig über 35 Grad) gewesene ist konnte man es durch die Klimaanlagen sehr gut aushalten. Auch die Gestaltung des Außenbereichs ( uneinsehbar) mit vielen Pflanzen, der Grillstelle und dem kleinen Teich ließ keine Wünsche offen und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die beiden Gastgeberinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel, sowohl bei unserer Anreise die sich um einige Stunden verspätet hatte als auch bei der Abreise bei der wir die Finca erst ein paar Stunden später verlassen mussten. Die Lage der Finca ist gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). The pool was perfect for the super hot weather; we really had a good opportunity to relax while here. The spot is central to the island so we could easily drive to all spots to explore. Sineu is a few minutes drive with shopping and restaurants. This little town also worth spending time in. Thank you for a great stay; we hope to be back!

We stayed with family and some friends in this wonderful estate for 4 weeks. We had a very warm welcome with the owners. They live nearby and are very quick assisting with every issue you might have. The house has air conditioning, very comfortable. The pool is nice and clean and well maintained, exactly as the house. A feature is the nice little house next to the main building. One of the main attractions were the 3 donkeys and the 2 cats on the property. We had a wonderful time here and will come back! Thank you so much for the great time here!

We had a great stay in this beautiful Finca. Apolonia and her family were very nice and helpful. At our arrival some nice patries and wine were in the fridge. The arrival was good, also the information we got made it easy for us to find the finca late in the evening. The Finca itself has everything you might need! The pool was nice although still a bit cold early May..:-) The Finca is located very central in Mallorca, which gave us the opportunity to visit all parts of the beautiful island. Also Sineu is a beautiful smal town to visit. Our children also loved the donkeys and the cats. Thank you Apolonia and family for a lovely stay in your Finca. We would definately come back if we go to Mallorca again.

Sa Garriga is a nice place with everything you need..., all equipment for kitchen, bath etc. was excellent. The animals (cats and donkeys) were absoultely adorable and we already miss them, love to come again...

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ces 2 semaines à la campagne, dans cette maison spacieuse, avec une vrai piscine, entourés des chats et des ânes des propriétaires. L'avantage de la localisation, est de pouvoir aller sur n'importe quelle côtes de l'ile en 40 mn. Nous avons ete reçu par Antonia, la maman d'Apolonia, qui est vraiment tres sympathiques. Je pense sincèrement que nous reviendrons. Jerome V. .

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful finca in the middle of the island. The houses (one main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one guest house consisting of a small bedroom and a small bathroom) themselves were great. Everything was spacious enough for us and nicely furnished. The pool was fantastic and large enough to take a swim or to play ball. It was illuminated at night, which created a lovely atmosphere. There was also a roofed barbecue we enjoyed. When we arrived, we met one of the owners by chance and she kindly showed us around. Very kind people. Three cats belong to the house which she asked us to feed twice a day. As cat lovers, this was definitely a highlight for us as they were very sweet and trusting. Three donkeys live in an adjacent area and we petted them from time to time. If you want to relax in peace and quiet, this house is perfect for you. The next bigger city is Sineu (5 min drive) with some lovely restaurants. Of course, beaches are a bit more far (30 min drives) but you have quiet and peace here. If I had one wish for the future, it would be that the two bedrooms in the main house would be equipped with AC and not only the one in the guest house. During the day we did not leave the AC on to preserve energy and it can become quite hot. But it was still fine since we turned on the two ACs in the kitchen and there was a fan. All in all, absolutely recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles war beeindruckend sauber und ordentlich. Ausstattung der Küche war richtig gut und auch bei heißen Temperaturen war durch Ventilatoren und Klima alles super. Die Terrasse mit der langen Tafel, der Lounge, sowie der Pool sind das Highlight.

We stayed one week in the Finca and had a really good time. The house was very clean and just as on the photos! The outdoor eat and chill area is big and offers enough space, to eat, to sit or to play games. The location of the house was great, 30 minutes to Palma. The communication with Apolonia was very gassy all the time! We would definitely come back!

Sa Garriga est encore mieux que sur les photos et les descriptions. Au calme en pleine nature dans un cocon luxueux et superbement décoré, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La situation centrale est idéale pour découvrir Majorque nous n avons qu une hâte c'est de revenir dans cet écrin.

Die Finca isr super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zur Begrüssung gab es im Kühlschrank Wasser, Wein und Gebäck Toll! Der Pool und die Massagedusche sind super. - Es ist allerdings so, dass die Geräuschkulisse der Flugzeuge, es ist die Einflugsschneise nach Palma, manchmal etwas nervt, auch für Städter, die ebenfalls in einer Einflugsschneise wohnen. Die zu betreuenden Katzen machen Spass, wer es nicht mit Katzen " hält", wird wahrscheinlich nicht so glücklich sein. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, Sineu, in der Nähe, haben wir abends häufiger angefahren. Die Begrüssung durch Apolonia hat war toll, der Kontakt zu ihr, um eine Wegbeschreibung am Anreisetag zu erhalten war problemlos.

Alles sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage im Nebenhaus fehlt. Bei Temperaturen von mehr als 30 Grad kann man es kaum aushalten.
