“It met my exectation of a hotel far the big business hotels. It is very nice and offers a unique atmosphere. Rooms are a bit small but, with two high windows, quite liighty. Staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and pubs and at walk distance from Cerro San Cristobal Park. Very nice!”

He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. “Excellent. Living up to its name and standard as a mandarin oriental. Gym was perfect although if the gym have some kind of facing will be nice apart from that amenities, food selection, near to shopping etc all you could expect of a 5 star hotel”
