“Host was great but mixup with payment ”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful located in a more jungle environment with a restaurant facing the loboc river. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. We had a pregnant woman in our group and the chef and servers were happy to adjust their menu for her. We found that really nice of them. They offer guided stand up paddle on the loboc river which we did and both the guide and the waterfall didn’t fall short....

“갖추고 있는 시설은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 군더더기 없었습니다. 위층 의자 끄는 소리와 아이들이 뛰어다니는 소리가 들리는 점은 아쉽긴 했지만, 감수할만 했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 청소가 깨끗하게 되지 않는 점, 수영장을 스노쿨 장비와 래쉬가드 세척용으로 쓰는 일부 투숙객이 있는데도 스탭 누구도 제지하지 않는 점입니다. 엄격하게 상황을 통제하는 매니저가 있다면 더욱 많은 투숙객에게 사랑 받는 리조트가 되지 않을까 생각합니다.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, they really were the best feature of this hotel. The views are breathtaking, free kayaking is good fun. Food was ok. Well equipped rooms with smart tvs and super responsive communication with the restaurant and concierge, making the stay easy.”

“We had a fantastic stay. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our month in the Philippines. The hotel has been completely renovated and only opened in November 2025. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly attentive and make sure you have an amazing stay. Since it is new, there are still a few minor points that could be improved, but nothing significant. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Overall a lovely place to stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the neighboring properties burn their garbage nightly and the smell really infuses the rooms. A small in room air filter would be a welcome addition to each room.”

“Excellent stay; was here for three nights. Beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained property. Everyone on the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is located just a few miles from the busy, loud streets of Alona Beach. Thus, it offers a pleasant escape from the noise and traffic. The mangrove forest, located behind the resort, is a lovely nature reserve and there is a great sunset spot at the end of the boardwalk. One of the best resorts in all of Panglao.”
