“Really lovely and cozy unit. It was perfect for our stay. We are so sad to leave!”

“The location was excellent. Parking was tight but if you have a handicap placard, you can park anywhere in the town!”

“Great location to downtown Aspen. Parking was easy and close. Ali was a wonderful host and was quick to answer questions. The unit was clean and well cared for. The only downside was the lack of AC, which we were aware of. Fans provided help, but the windows did not provide much relief. Highly recommend!”

“This property was very nice and in excellent updated condition in a convenient location. We had plenty of space for our party of 6 with room to spare. Our host was very responsive and went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Our group rented two condos side by side. Each clean and updated nicely! Ali with the team was accommodating to all our needs and helpful in the process. We will be back next year!”

“Very nice condo, excellent amenities, close to great shopping and restaurants. Worked very well for our needs. ”

“Excellent location on the river. Nice layout, clean and nicely furnished. Our 3rd stay. Highly recommend it.”

“We had a great visit to Aspen and loved the location of this property! The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the air conditioning. The team was quick to respond and brought an extra cooling unit to help until HVAC experts could visit the next day. The unit faces west and takes on a lot of afternoon heating. The place is well appointed and had basic supplies to make morning coffee or tea, laundry supplies for washing clothes, etc. The living room furniture was comfortable for...

“Beautiful renovated condo within walking distance of downtown Aspen, shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and beds all very comfortable, the size was perfect for our family of 3. Loved being on the river and is a quieter corner of town. Kitchen was well equipped and had some basic spices on hand. Would stay here again. ”

“This condo was immaculate. At the time of our stay, there was construction, which limited some parking, but we were still able to park quite close to the condo. It was an easy check-in process, as the code was provided just prior to our arrival. Highly recommend completing the pre-registration forms as you receive them. Actual check-in process was not as described in the info provided, but was significantly easier than having to check in at front desk after hours. We only stayed one night,...

“Very well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked with extras that made our stay extra enjoyable. Easy check-in and prompt reply to our inquiries. We will definitely stay again for future trips to Aspen! Thank you!! ”

“This rental experience should be a 10 star. Communication with Ali was excellent and she was very helpful and prompt with all communication. The property was very clean (kudos to housekeeping) for cleaning the rugs prior to our arrival. It was also well stocked with everything needed for a fabulous stay. My family commented that the kitchen items were much better than any other rental property. I look forward to staying there again. ”
