“This is our second stay at Doghouse, Columbus, the first time being in 2022.
The room was clean but a little tired this time but the breakfast was better and the stay was worthwhile.
Staff went from excellent to very poor. We had dinner in the main bar and Lily was outstanding. In the hotel bar/reception on the evening of our stay, 2 staff were sitting in a corner on their mobile phones and then they disappeared. My husband waited 25 minutes to get a drink and still no staff. He eventually...

CONS:
- SEVERE ant problem
- Room smelled of mildew
- Only cleaned every other day
I don't recommend them, especially with the strong bad smell throughout the room. It was very offputting, and early they don't maintain, air out, or regulate the temperature properly.”
