“I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not...

“Heaven!! Beautiful views and lots of space to walk around the area. Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink! It quite far to get to from cochi but I would definitely love to come back here. ”

“Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby ! Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !”

“It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. ”
