Trullo splendidamente ristrutturato con piscina di acqua salata

  • A meno di un'ora di auto da Bari e dall'aeroporto di Brindisi, è la nostra casa di famiglia meravigliosamente rinnovata, recentemente rinnovata. Si tratta di una villa trullo di 100 anni nella zona patrimonio mondiale dell'Unesco in Valle d'Itria e la casa ha spessi muri in pietra che mantengono il calore in estate.
    Nell'estate del 2018 è stata costruita una nuova piscina di acqua salata (40 m2) con una spaziosa terrazza intorno e una doccia esterna.
    La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina nuova con tutti i comfort, ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e zona salotto. La casa ha una grande terrazza coperta vicino alla cucina, un patio vicino al soggiorno, bei posti in giardino per rilassarsi sull'amaca o rilassarsi su un lettino. Accanto alla casa e al cortile si trova un garage con cucina esterna e forno per pizza,
    La spiaggia è a soli 15 minuti di auto da Capitolo o da Torre Canne con molti splendidi bar sulla spiaggia o spiaggia pubblica. C'è molto da fare !! O se ne hai voglia: niente di niente ;-)
    La pulizia finale non è ancora inclusa nel prezzo e deve essere saldata in contanti direttamente all'arrivo con la governante: 50 euro a 4 persone e 80 euro a 8 persone.
    La tariffa include la biancheria da letto e 1 asciugamano per persona.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Very private, with easy access to all the historic towns, beaches and countryside of Puglia, for the perfect combination of relaxation and exploration! The full variety of cooking facilities and laundry make life easy. The kids loved the pool! Thanks Maud!

We loved our stay in Locorotondo! The house was beautiful and very unique and make our stay in Puglia very special. We had plenty of space for our guests and even had a cooking class at the house which was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The yard and grounds of the house are lovely and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the area. Would love to rent it again if we’re ever back in the area!

Wonderful Holiday

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring Locorotondo and the surrounding area. Property is well equipped with a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Maud was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and a very professional host.

Lovely Trullo

The 5 of us stayed for a long week in August - the Trullo is lovely and set in large grounds. We particualrly made use of the pool in the hot weather! It's just outside the lovely Locrotondo too!

A very comfortable Trulli home.

The owner was very helpful giving us lots of pins on the map to find everything we needed. The salt water pool is fabulous and the garden is beautiful. It was a very relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed tasting wine in the vineyard of Locorotundo whilst looking out over the valley at sunset.

A lovely property, great facilities, good location in a stunning area. Our younger family members loved the pool and the wood oven was a particular favorite of the family. Great communication from Maud. Very clean property. Thanks for a lovely week in Locorotondo

Wochenaufenthalt

Diese Villa ist ein wunderbarer Ort für Ferien. Maud, die Gastgeberin, kümmert sich um Dich, versorgt Dich mit allen nötigen und guten Informationen. Das Haus ist gut beschrieben, an schöner Lage, in Fussdistanz zu Locorotondo. Wir 4 Freunde können diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Maud.

A Puglian dream for a multi-generational family

We stayed in Mauds beautiful trullo for a week in late June with two young children and my elderly mother. The house was well equipped both inside and out and Maud is a fantastic and responsive host. The gardens are stunning and we ate all our meals (including a bbq one night) outside enjoying the beautiful views. The pool is a godsend and we used it abundantly. Theres a great supermarket 2 mins away and the town is a 5 minute drive. Puglia and Locorotondo charmed us all, we can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful house in nice surrounding

We enjoined our 2 weeks holiday in the beautiful house, garden and pool. The house was clean and big enough for my family and the parents in law. The garden and pool are great and it was nice to spend time at the terrace, having a BBQ or a pizza from the pizza oven. Maude the landlord was very nice and took care of all our questions. Overall we had a great time and maybe will come back sometimes.

Geweldig huis met grote tuin

Het was een heeeeeerlijk verblijf! Mijn zoon vond de tuin heerlijk om in te scharrelen. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Deze was nog koud, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Er was een goede wasmachine. Verder hebben we vele stadjes in de buurt bezocht en het strand. De ligging van het huis was erg centraal.

We loved the pool after a morning exploring nearby towns. It was very well equipped, clean and the air con was great too. Maud was absolutely brilliant in her communication and was on hand with her advice when we were deciding whether to hire a car or not. We did in the end and were glad about it as we could be much more flexible with our days out. The internet was a bit slow occasionally but that was to be expected in the countryside. Overall a fabulous holiday.

Une villa vraiment très bien.Très bien située pour visiter la région des Pouilles.La partie piscine est bien entretenue, le sol n est pas glissant. Depuis la terrasse, on peut facilement surveiller les (grands) enfants.La partie cuisine est bien, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas pour la famille. Taille de frigo ok.Les chambres et les espaces intérieurs sont décorés avec goût. Séjourner dans un trullo est quelque chose d unique.Pour le 15 août, il y a un festival de feux d artifices, qu il est possible de voir depuis la location. Je recommande

Wonderful stay at Trulli Maud

There was four of us and we had a wonderful stay at Trulli Maud for 6 nights. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had wonderful weather which allowed us to spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying the pool area and the garden. We ate all our meals on the patio. The house was centrally located to many sites including Matera which we made a day trip to. It was an easy walk to Loccorotondo where we had some very good meals and the best gelato overlooking the valley. Maud was easily accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend Trulli Maud!

Wonderful house in a beautiful location

This house has everything you would want when visiting this incredible region. Staying in genuine Tullo, set in a large Olive grove with a beautiful swimming pool ticks every box! The house is within 15 minutes stroll of the centre of enchanting Locorotondo, with a host of restaurants and cafes. The garden has many lovely features, different places to sit and relax during the day and evening; a genuine pizza oven, which we loved! The house inside is well appointed with all the necessary facilities; Maud is a fantastic host, communicates quickly and thoroughly, and was able to solve minor issues without any fuss. I can't think that you would find a better solution if you were visiting this area.

Gorgeous week in October

We consider ourselves very lucky for choosing the right time and place. Trulli of Valle d’Itria make you feel being in a fairy tale and here you are living in one. Olive trees surrounding the house also add to the atmosphere. House is spacious enough with generous living/dining area and compact but functional kitchen. The pool is a big bonus. We used it even in October although it was refreshing to say mildly. Location of the house is perfect for exploring neighboring white towns and more distant Polignano a Mare ( 30 min), Grotaglie or Taranto(40 min), Matera (1.20 hours). My only regret is that with so many things to see we didn’t have time to make our own pizza in the outdoor pizza oven :)

Amazing find!

I can’t speak highly enough of this beautiful home and its wonderful owner, Maud. She made sure that we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to our questions. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. Outside, the garden was beautiful and the pool was divine! We dined outdoors most days. The location was quiet, but close enough to Locorotondo so that everything needed was nearby. We found this to be the perfect home base for exploring Puglia. The inside was full of charm, thoughtful design, and modern conveniences. We appreciated the AC in the evenings and having a dishwasher was really nice since we often dined in. The beds were comfortable and the place felt very spacious for our group of 5. Hoping to stay again!! Thank you, Maud!

Beautiful Trulli....the best place!

We had the most fantastic week in Locorotondo staying at Trullo Maudi. The house is magnificent and has everything you could wish for. The garden and pool are beautiful. The pool is so nice to swim in and even though it was still a little cold we really appreciated the water which was so much nicer than chlorinated pools. The garden is very private and spacious and we really enjoyed it all. Comfy beds, nice bbq, lots of great outdoor seating areas, this place has it all. It is easy to walk into locorotondo and we did so every day we least once. There is an excellent bakery only few hundred meters from the house where we had lots of nice coffee and pastries. Nice restaurants close by and good options for takeaway as well. Maud is fantastic host and was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Cant recommended this place enough, we hope to return. Thanks Maud x

Incredible villa in Puglia

We stayed at this gorgeous villa for a week and it was a perfect break in a lovely spot. There was plenty of contact with the owner at all times and she was always available for any questions - we came late in the evening and everything was organized for us, including basics in the fridge. There were six of us and plenty of space with three bedrooms with AC and two lovely bathrooms. The living area was great to lounge in and there was a dining table indoors and one outdoors as well as an outdoor area to sit in. The pool was magnificent - clean and it is a saltwater pool which was lovely. The villa is very private and there are olive and fig trees all around. We didn’t have a car and it was a 10 minute walk into Locorotondo which is a gorgeous town with lots of restaurants and places to have a glass of wine. We will definitely come back next time we are in Puglia and we all highly recommend this trullo villa!
