When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was...

“The room was just what I need, which was a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately the halls smelled of POT being smoked in one of the rooms. For it being smoke free it sure wasn’t really smoke free.”

“Building is rundown. Mold (?) on bathroom ceiling. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Staff was kind of rude about getting more towels and soap. Elevator smelled awful. ”
