L’albergo e’ in ristrutturazione, e’ tutto un cantiere. Abbiamo pagato 450,00 € la stanza vista mare e vedevamo un canneto che copriva il cantiere dei lavori, una vergogna! Dovremmo essere rimborsati per la vista mare che non si vedeva! Il sentiero per andare in spiaggia era in mezzo al cantiere dei lavori in corso. Oltre a questo hotel molto trasandato.

Struttura meravigliosa per posizione e comfort. Junior suite con vista fantastica,terrazzino privato, patio, bagno molto grande. Spiaggia privata con ombrellone riservato per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Ristorante e snack bar in piscina di ottimo livello e personale attento e sempre gentile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero in paradiso

La reception è in cima ad una collinetta che guarda sul mare. Ingresso elegante, stupenda terrazza per la colazione, con vista fantastica sul mare. Buffet raffinato, fiori e vegetazione spettacolari. Le stanze sono disseminate in caseggiati lungo la collinetta, la nostra (standard) era la più lontana, al di là della sbarra di ingresso, bisognava citofonare ogni volta che si entrava. Al check in siamo stati informati che le prime file di lettini in spiaggia erano riservati alle camere superior, e probabilmente lo stesso criterio era applicato al ristorante per la cena; ci siamo fermati per la festa del 15 agosto e il nostro tavolo era l'ultimo in fondo al salone, alla max distanza dalla vista mare. La camera era quadrupla (uso doppia) e il condizionatore con aletta di direzione guasta, puntava dritto sul letto: l'abbiamo coperto con un cellophane. Le luci erano lumini molto flebili, da spegnere uno per uno all'uscita, perchè la chiave non era a scheda. La porta d'ingresso aveva una porta interna a vetri, durissima da aprire e chiudere : la lasciavamo aperta, ma se l'avessi trovata chiusa non sarei stata in grado di aprirla. La porta a vetri che accedeva al patio non aveva la chiave, quindi all'uscita, dovevo proprio chiudere e bloccare le persiane. Acqua calda con scaldacqua e getto doccia flebile. Camera riordinata prima dell'orario check out, quando siamo rientrati, avevano buttato acqua deodorante, tolto una camicia : abbiamo dovuto pagare un corriere per farcela rispedire

La posizione dell’hotel è strepitosa. Diversi edifici integrati perfettamente nella natura in un parco. Camere spaziose. Ristorante con menù alla carte ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Servizio impeccabile. Tutto il personale era molto disponibile e gentile. Unico piccolo neo erano i letti troppo piccoli. Avevamo chiesto letti separati e ci siamo trovati con un materasso largo appena 80 cm che non è il massimo della comodità. L’hotel era la prima tappa del nostro giro della Sardegna che non poteva iniziare meglio.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The servers and front desk were friendly and the maid service was immpeccable. The only things that need improvement are the following: bartender did not know how to mix drinks at all. The music/entertainment could have been better. An acoustic guitarist or a real band would have made evenings more fun. Finally, it would be a good idea to have some organized activities for couples and families, such as games, trivia, karaoke etc. The guests were not at all engaged with each other, so it was difficult to become friendly.

Happy place in the most beutifull bay! One of the nicest locations in Sadinia. Amazing bay and the breakfast on the terrace in a joy for both the eyes and the palate. Charming structure, amazing bay and lovely boutiqueish feel in the freshly renovated lobby and bar areas emphasizing the retro Sardinian feel. Friendly staff and quality food offereings with well-priced wines. A place to relax and enjoy your beach holiday.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking - especially, sunrise over Isola Tavolaro (the rock) The staff was outstanding as well. In particular, the front desk ladies Maria, Sabrina, and Laura. The wait staff too, including Jamarco, Lorenz, and Sharon!

Wir hatten für 2 Wochen eine Juniorsuite mit Meerblick, die hell, geräumig und ruhig war. Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Im Privathafen konnten wir jederzeit Kanus, Pedalò usw. benutzen. Der kleine Privatstrand sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Don Diego sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fint hotel men bil en nødvendighed, med mindre du bare vil nyde hotellets faciliteter, som byder på både strand, pool, udemærket restaurant, poolbar og egen havn med udlejning af både. Mange italienske gæster som skabte en familiær stemning. Hotellet er beliggende på en grund med niveauforskelle.

We started our honeymoon trip to Italy at this little slice of paradise. I can’t say enough good things about the resort. It has everything you need in one place, and we felt we got so much value included with the nightly rate. Access to SUP, kayaks, a private and beautiful beach, the pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and free fantastic breakfast buffet. The room was well appointed, if we could, we would have spent our whole vacation there. Just lovely.

Tres bien, selon la chambre.
Le cadre est magnifique : Plage-piscine-padel-plongée .. Le personnel adorable dans tous les services. Petit bémol , ma chambre face au parking ( avec vue jardin comme c'était marqué dans l'intitulé ). pas de fermeture de la porte a part part de gros volets en bois. pas très sympa + vitre en simple vitrage donc un bruit incessant des voitures sur le parking. Dommage.

Shortened, but great stay at Don Diego.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful, particularly with booking excursions and so on. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views from the hotel are just beautiful. I would love to visit again.

Perfect location, stunnig views, nice beach and really good pool. Restaurant has been neglected, service is good but unfortunately the food is of relatively low quality and lack all the flavours that an ordinary Italian restaurant normally offers. A tip if you want to sleep well do not stay in the standard room as each car that drives by make the room shake. The junior rooms are on the other hand calm and has an amazing view.

宿泊したのはJrスィートで部屋からもテラスからも海とTavolora島が見えて（サンライズは見えるがサンセットはなし）申し分なかったが、Jrスィートにしては部屋自体は狭い感じがした。 また、何棟にも分かれていて、海の全く見えない（感じられない）部屋やレストラン・プール・フロント・プライベートビーチまで遠い棟も少なくないので、予算の折り合いつけばJrスィート以上がお勧め。 また、他の口コミにもあるように昼・夜全食ホテルでということになると割高になるが、全員がワインやビールを呑みたい場合、徒歩圏内で行けるのは一番近いＰＩＺＺＡＬＩＡで1.3Km、porto san paoloも歩いて行けない距離ではないが、道路から各棟までのアプローチが1ｋｍくらいありそうなのと、道路も歩道が狭く車がブンブン飛ばしているので夜道は危ない。 テニスやSAPが1日1時間までは無料で利用できる。プライベートビーチのパラソル・ベッドは無料だが 先の予約をしている人も多いので、ホテル予約時にリクエストしておいた方がよいかも。 フロント以下、スタッフはみなフレンドリーで感じがよかった。

Prachtig uitzicht, kamers niet geweldig!
Alles buiten de kamer is prachtig, geweldig mooi uitzicht, goed ontbijt en nette service! De kamer (junior suite) zelf is verouderd, bedden zijn slecht, badkamer klein en geen terrasje/balkon met zon. Kamers zijn aan renovatie toe en dan is bijna 200 euro per nacht best veel geld.

The Junior Suite it is the only room that has a big terrace with a fantastic view to Tavolara Island. The room are all new as have been renovated a few years ago. Tolle Lage.super sauberer privatstrand.auto muss man dort haben.wer Fisch mag für den ist das ein Paradies aber wer nicht isst besser wo anders.küche recht unflexibel und Preise viel zu hoch für kleine bis mittlere Portionen.frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut.standartzimmer unsauber und viel zu alt.

Uhh freundliches Personal
Gutes Hotel. Vielleicht stimmt das Preis/Leistung nicht ganz. Wichtig: zwingend Mietauto erforderlich um auch die vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung zu nutzen. Es gibt nämlich keine Halbpension mehr und das Restaurant ist überteuert. Der Transfer zahlt das Mietauto.

Lage, Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals waren perfekt und aussergewöhnlich. Ein Bravo an die ganze Crew. Wir sind begeistert und hoffen auf einen erneuten Besuch. Einziger negativer Hinweis ist, dass das Frühstück-Buffet doch eher mager ausfällt. Hier besteht noch Aufwertungspotenzial, gemessen am Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt ein tolles Resort. Ob in der Hochsaison all diese Bewertungen zutreffen, kann nicht beurteilt werden, da unser Besuch im Mai 2019 war. Nochmals, wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt und haben eine perfekte Wahl getroffen.

The amazing views cannot be talked about enough. The hotels friendliness and amazing English speaking staff (not expected but definitely helped us with poor Italian skills). The hotel felt authenticity Sardinian rather than commercial modern hotel. Pool amazing and spotless. My fave hotel in Sardinia now.

Location and hotel beach - priceless! The hotel needs renovations, you can notice “wear and tear” al over the place. Food - terrible. Breakfast ok but would have expect more for the price they charge + being in Italy.

Stunning Beach Oasis
Wonderful hotel located on an incredibly beautiful beach with lots of amazing scenery. The hotel and restaurant employees are so friendly, efficient and very helpful. The sunsets and views from our room were absolutely stunning!!! We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here and all meals were absolutely delicious! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend for a nice, stress-free and relaxing break.

Wonderful Sardinian Hotel
The hotel and staff are really fantastic. Being highly critical, the initial feeling was that some of the hotel looked a little dated. However by the end of the trip we were very reluctant to leave. The rooms are of a good size and are comfortable with a nice outdoor seating area. The facilities (including private beach, tennis court, gym, restaurant, pool and water based sport options and boat hire) are all great. If you’re planning on leaving the hotel you need a car to get around but it’s a lovely quiet location. The staff without exception are friendly, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Auswahl der Speisen. Die Karte und das Tagesmenue ist für Vegetarier nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war alles tiptop und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ruhig an einer schönen Badebucht mit Sandstrand. Das Frühstücks Buffett war sehr gut und lecker. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, kleine Häuschen mit super schönem Blick aufs Meer. Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum und einen großen Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge.
