There was no one on reception when we arrived but the check in was all sorted for us and no problem. The supermarket is very convenient also."

"We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in een leuk huisje.Onze hond en wij hebben genoten van de tuin. In het plaatsje krumpendorf is niet zoveel te beleven. We hadden ook gedacht dichter bij de worthersee te zitten en deze gemakkelijker te voet konden bereiken. Dit viel ons een beetje tegen. Ook de snelweg boven ons vonden we af en toe wel hinderlijk. Verder is Oostenrijk prachtig en kregen we goede tips van Florian, de verhuurder. Al met al hebben we een goede vakantie gehad."

"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. "The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....

"Staff was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were pristine. Location is tucked away a little (ideal) and a 5 minute walk to the lake. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening — extensive wine selection and great food. Highly recommend!"
